for over 12 hours
I have read the
manufacturer tutorials
I have reported my
fault to Remade

  Charge your device for at least 12 hours with the charger and USB cable provided.

By reading our manufacturer fixes and tutorials, you may be able to solve your problem without having to send your device in to Remade

If your problem persists despite you reading the tutorials and applying what you learn please contact the Remade customer services team, who can look into your issue.
